How it works
From an opportunity you've just found to an application you're proud to submit
IntraGrants follows the four stages of a real grant application. Here's what happens in each one.
- 01
Find
Opportunity matching against your profile.
- Build a funding profile once — organisation type, location, sector, project focus and award size — and reuse it across every search.
- Browse and filter grant opportunities by funder, deadline, region, award type and eligibility signals.
- Every opportunity records where it came from and when it was last checked, so you can verify details against the funder's own posting.
- Save opportunities to a shortlist and come back to them when you're ready to assess.
- 02
Assess
Eligibility checked against the stated requirements.
- Work through the opportunity's published eligibility requirements point by point before committing time to a draft.
- Record where you clearly qualify, where you don't, and where you need to confirm something with the funder.
- Keep notes on the gaps — missing registrations, audited accounts, partner commitments — so you know what to resolve first.
- Assessment is a decision aid, not a ruling: the funder decides who is eligible.
- 03
Prepare
Application writing, budgets and supporting documents.
- Draft narrative answers in the application writer, question by question, against the funder's word limits and prompts.
- Build and refine the project budget alongside the narrative it has to match.
- Keep supporting documents — registrations, letters, financials, CVs — organised against the funder's checklist so nothing is missing at submission.
- AI-assisted drafts are starting points. You review, edit and approve everything before it leaves IntraGrants.
- 04
Track
Deadlines, submission status and decisions.
- See upcoming deadlines across every application you have in flight.
- Track each application's status from draft through submitted to decided.
- Record the funder's outcome and keep the full application archive for reporting and reuse next cycle.
AI assistance
What the assistant does inside IntraGrants — and what it doesn't
IntraGrants includes an assistant scoped to grant work. It is deliberately narrow, and you never have to use it to use the product.
It does
- Research grant opportunities and summarise what a funder is asking for
- Answer questions about eligibility requirements in an opportunity
- Help draft and tighten narrative answers, then hand them back for your review
- Help you keep on top of application progress and deadlines
It does not
- Run a business workforce or general-purpose automations
- Act as a CRM or manage sales pipelines
- Produce marketing campaigns or customer messaging
- Submit an application, or decide anything on a funder's behalf
IntraGrants does not guarantee funding, approval or any award outcome. Assisted drafts and eligibility notes are working material that you are responsible for reviewing before anything is submitted.
