What the plan covers
Enabled funding sources are checked on a regular schedule and matched against your organization, with the evidence behind each score shown in plain words — and what could not be verified said out loud.
Draft needs statements, narratives and budgets from the program and organization details you provide, export them, and record where each application was filed.
Per-organization readiness checks, board records, approvals and an activity history of who changed what.
Application deadlines, email reminders based on your preferences, a funding calendar and a weekly funding summary.
Billing questions
Is IntraGrants included in an IntraAgents plan?
No. IntraGrants is sold on its own and is billed separately. An IntraAgents plan does not include it, and IntraGrants does not include the IntraAgents workforce features. You can hold either one, or both.
What am I charged, and when?
The monthly price shown above, charged when you subscribe and then once a month on your billing date. There is no setup fee. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from the billing section of your account settings. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing renews after that.
Do the AI features cost extra?
Drafting, narratives and grant questions use AI credits from your account balance, metered on actual usage. Before an AI action runs, your account is checked for enough credits. Everything else in the list above is covered by the monthly price.
I was already using the grant tools. Do I have to pay now?
No. Every account that already had grant work in it keeps its access at no charge. If you had it and it now asks you to subscribe, contact us and we will restore it.
Does IntraGrants submit applications for me?
No, and we will not claim otherwise. Federal and most foundation submissions happen in the funder's own portal. IntraGrants helps you prepare the application, records which portal it goes to, and keeps your submission confirmation with the application.
Where does the funding data come from?
Published sources: government and funder listings, plus public funding directories. Nothing is invented. The catalog lists opportunities that passed verification against their source, each one links back to that source, and each shows when it was last verified.
Do I need an IntraAgents account to sign up?
One account works for both products. You sign up once, and IntraGrants is added to that account. Following a link between the two sites carries your sign-in across; opening the other address directly may ask you to sign in again.
